PhotoPDF Pro
NON-CONSUMABLE · ONE-TIMEUnlocks supported Pro features, including HD export and removal of the PhotoPDF watermark. It is restorable through the App Store and does not automatically renew.
PhotoPDF · Legal
PhotoPDF offers two optional, one-time in-app purchase products. Neither product is a subscription, neither automatically renews, and both are billed by Apple at the price shown in the App Store purchase sheet. PhotoPDF Pro is a non-consumable full-feature entitlement. One HD Export – No Watermark (the “One-Time Export”) is a consumable purchase that applies to one successful PDF export only and does not activate PhotoPDF Pro.
Unlocks supported Pro features, including HD export and removal of the PhotoPDF watermark. It is restorable through the App Store and does not automatically renew.
Provides one successful PDF generation in HD without the PhotoPDF watermark. It does not unlock PhotoPDF Pro and must be purchased again for another eligible export.
This In-App Purchase Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and the application provider identified on the PhotoPDF App Store product page (“PhotoPDF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It governs your purchase and use of paid digital features offered within the PhotoPDF mobile application (the “App”).
By confirming an in-app purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase. Your use of the App and all purchases are also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store, payment, usage, and license terms.
You must be legally capable of entering into this Agreement. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must authorize the purchase and accept this Agreement for you.
PhotoPDF Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. After Apple confirms the transaction and the App validates it, PhotoPDF Pro unlocks the paid features designated in the App at the time of purchase, including HD export and removal of the PhotoPDF watermark. PhotoPDF Pro is not a subscription and has no recurring charge or automatic renewal.
If the App describes PhotoPDF Pro as “Lifetime,” that term means the non-consumable entitlement has no scheduled expiration and requires no recurring payment. It does not mean your personal lifetime and is not a promise that the App, every feature, every device, or every operating system will remain available forever. The entitlement remains usable while PhotoPDF is made available and supported on a compatible device, subject to this Agreement and applicable law.
Paid entitlements are associated with the Apple Account and App Store transaction used to make the purchase and are subject to Apple’s usage rules. They may not be sold, transferred, sublicensed, exchanged for cash, or used to bypass App Store purchase controls. Family Sharing applies only if Apple and PhotoPDF make a particular product eligible.
One-Time Export is a consumable in-app purchase. Each verified purchase provides one export credit. One credit applies to one PDF generation job, regardless of the number of photos or pages included in that job, subject to the technical limits of the App and your device. After the credit is used, it is depleted and another One-Time Export must be purchased for another premium export.
A One-Time Export instructs the App to generate the eligible PDF using the App’s HD image-quality setting and without adding the PhotoPDF watermark. “HD” refers to the highest image-quality export setting offered by the App for this product at the time of generation. Actual output quality depends on the resolution and condition of source images, page layout, compression, device resources, and PDF format.
“No watermark” means the App will not add the PhotoPDF watermark. It does not remove marks, text, logos, metadata, or rights-management information already present in your source images or added by third parties.
One-Time Export does not activate PhotoPDF Pro, does not unlock Pro features for future exports, and is not a subscription, trial, rental, or automatically renewing product. It applies only to the export for which the available credit is used.
The App is designed to deplete one export credit only after it has successfully generated the PDF, saved the PDF to PhotoPDF’s local file storage, and recorded the generated file. Once this delivery is completed, the credit is considered used even if you later delete, rename, move, fail to share, or otherwise lose access to the exported file, or decide to generate a revised PDF.
If generation fails before successful delivery, the App is designed not to consume the credit. If you are charged but neither receive an export credit nor a successful premium PDF, contact PhotoPDF Support and, when appropriate, request a refund from Apple under Section 7.
The localized price, currency, and any applicable tax information are presented by the App Store before you authorize payment. The amount in Apple’s final purchase confirmation controls if it differs from an earlier price display within the App, on a website, or in marketing.
Purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple Account. Apple may charge the payment method linked to that account and may apply its own billing, authentication, fraud-prevention, tax, and payment terms. PhotoPDF does not receive or store your full payment-card details.
By confirming a purchase, you authorize Apple to charge the displayed amount. PhotoPDF Pro and One-Time Export are both one-time purchases. Neither creates recurring billing or automatic renewal.
Paid benefits are delivered only after the App receives a successful, verifiable transaction result from Apple. Delivery may be delayed by network conditions, an interrupted or pending transaction, Ask to Buy, Apple service availability, account authentication, insufficient device resources, local-storage errors, or transaction validation.
If payment is pending, declined, canceled, reversed, refunded, revoked, or cannot be verified, PhotoPDF may withhold or deactivate the related entitlement or credit. You are not treated as having completed a purchase until Apple confirms the transaction and the App can validate it.
If a One-Time Export fails before delivery, you may retry while the unused credit remains available. If the App cannot recover the purchase or deliver the paid benefit, contact us with the date of purchase and Apple transaction information, but do not send full payment-card data.
A previously completed PhotoPDF Pro purchase may be restored on a compatible device by using Restore Purchases in the App while signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Apple authentication and an internet connection may be required. Restoration depends on Apple returning a valid entitlement.
One-Time Export is consumable. Apple does not generally restore a consumed purchase through the standard Restore Purchases process. A credit that has already delivered a premium PDF cannot be restored, transferred to another Apple Account, or reused.
An unused credit has no scheduled expiration while it remains available in the App. However, it may be stored in local App data and may not move to another device or survive deletion of the App, erasure of App data, device loss, or a device change. In limited cases, Apple may redeliver an unfinished verified transaction. We recommend using a purchased export credit before deleting the App or changing devices.
Apple processes App Store in-app purchases. Refund requests and billing disputes must generally be submitted to Apple and are evaluated under Apple’s policies and applicable law. You may request an eligible refund at reportaproblem.apple.com or review Apple’s refund guidance.
If Apple refunds, revokes, or reverses a purchase, PhotoPDF may remove the associated Pro entitlement or any unused export credit and may deny future use of the refunded benefit. A refund decision is made by Apple, not PhotoPDF. Nothing in this Agreement limits a non-waivable refund, cancellation, warranty, or consumer right available under applicable law.
You agree that you will not:
You are responsible for protecting your device and Apple Account, for reviewing each exported PDF, and for maintaining backup copies of important source images and generated files. Contact Apple promptly if you believe your account or purchase credentials have been compromised.
We may update the App to maintain security, compatibility, performance, legal compliance, or product quality. Operating-system changes, device limitations, storage availability, third-party services, and App Store requirements may affect how particular features work. You may need to install available updates to continue using paid features.
We may improve, replace, or discontinue individual features, but we will not intentionally convert an existing non-consumable PhotoPDF Pro entitlement into a recurring subscription. Future products or materially different services may be offered separately and are not included unless we expressly state otherwise.
Purchasing a paid product grants access to designated App functionality; it does not transfer ownership of the App, its software, designs, trademarks, or other intellectual property. Your license to use the App remains personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and subject to applicable App Store usage rules.
Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a valid custom license is provided for PhotoPDF. If this Agreement conflicts with mandatory App Store purchase or license terms, those terms control to the extent of the conflict.
Apple processes payment under Apple’s privacy and payment practices. PhotoPDF may receive transaction-related information such as product identifier, transaction identifier, purchase status, entitlement status, and receipt or verification data needed to deliver, restore, prevent fraud, troubleshoot, and support your purchase. PhotoPDF does not receive your complete card number from Apple.
PhotoPDF’s handling of personal information is also governed by the PhotoPDF Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PhotoPDF and its paid features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, universal device or file compatibility, preservation of every source-image characteristic, or that every output will meet a particular professional or commercial purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PhotoPDF will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, files, profits, revenue, business, or opportunity, arising from or relating to the App or a paid product.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to an in-app purchase will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the purchase giving rise to the claim or the minimum amount required by applicable law. These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury where prohibited, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
We may suspend or terminate access to paid features if we reasonably determine that a purchase was fraudulent, refunded, revoked, reversed, unlawfully obtained, or used in material violation of this Agreement. Where appropriate and legally required, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Termination does not affect provisions that by their nature should survive, including intellectual-property protections, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute provisions, and mandatory consumer rights.
We may update this Agreement to reflect legal, technical, operational, or product changes. The revised version will state a new “Last updated” date and will be made available through the App or an official PhotoPDF page. If a change materially affects an existing paid entitlement, we will provide notice where required by law. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights that cannot legally be reduced.
This Agreement is governed by the law applicable to the application provider identified on the PhotoPDF App Store page, without displacing mandatory consumer protections or dispute rights available under the law of your country or region of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, you and PhotoPDF are encouraged to contact each other and attempt to resolve the issue in good faith.
Apple is not a party to this Agreement and is not responsible for providing or supporting PhotoPDF, except for Apple’s own obligations in processing App Store transactions. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the license terms applicable to the App and may enforce those terms as permitted by the Apple Standard EULA.
Transactions may also be subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions applicable in your country or region.
